KRS 15.905: State Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board.

Where this section sits in the code

(1) The State Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board is created as an

autonomous agency within the Office of the Attorney General.

(2) The state board may appoint an executive director of the state board to

exercise the powers and carry out the duties of the state board.
