KRS 15.942: Training plan for child sexual abuse and child abuse and neglect

cases.

The Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, the Attorney General, the Administrative

Office of the Courts, and the Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall develop a

training plan for investigation of child sexual abuse and child abuse and neglect

cases and protection of child sexual abuse and child abuse and neglect victims

within the Commonwealth. They may seek assistance from any educational, legal,

and mental and physical health-care professionals or child welfare organizations

needed for implementation of training programs.
