KRS 150.095: Game wardens may bear arms.

Game wardens are authorized to keep and bear arms upon their person, concealed or

otherwise, in the same manner as all other peace officers, and to exercise the use of such

arms to such extent as the same may be necessary in the discharge of their duties.
