KRS 150.250: Contract for wildlife preservation or propagation.

The department, with the approval of the commission, may enter into any contract with

the United States government, or any department or agency thereof, or with any

individual in regard to the preservation, protection and propagation of wildlife which it

may deem to the advantage of the state to enter into.
