KRS 150.485: Live fish and bait dealers.

No person shall sell live crayfish, mud eels, spring lizards, fish, aquatic invertebrates, or

amphibians for bait to be used in taking fishes, nor live fishes for stocking or fishing

purposes unless he has obtained a live fish and bait dealer's license.
