KRS 151.295: Regular inspections of dams and reservoirs.

Where this section sits in the code

The public safety and welfare requiring it, the secretary shall conduct a program of

regular inspections of dams and reservoirs within the state. The frequency of such

inspections shall be as determined by the secretary, who may establish different

inspection intervals.
