KRS 154.12-208: Annual report.

By November 1 of each year, the corporation shall prepare an annual report of its

activities and make it available on the Cabinet for Economic Development Web page as

required in KRS 154.12 -2035. The annual report shall include, but not be limited to,

descriptions of all programs funded, an evaluation of the performance of each program, a

summary of expenditures, and a detailed description of the participants.
