KRS 154.20-050: Contract of insurance by authority -- Authority not an insurer.

To provide loan insurance pursuant to KRS 154.20 -040 and 154.20 -045, the authority

may enter into a contract of insurance. The Kentucky Insurance Code shall not apply to

the insurance contract, and the authority shall not be considered an insurer subject t o the

Kentucky Insurance Code by virtue of entering into the contract.
