KRS 154.20-100: Reclamation development fund -- Deposits.

(1) Assistance for reclamation development projects shall be provided by a fund, which

shall be established and managed by the authority, to be known as the reclamation

development fund.

(2) The authority shall pay into the fund any money appropriated or otherwise provided

by the state for that purpose and any other money available to the authority for

assistance for reclamation development projects, including funds from public or

private sources.
