KRS 154.20-203: Deadline for new applications -- Governing law for outstanding

approved projects.

New applications shall not be accepted or considered under KRS 154.20 -200 to 154.20 -

216 on or after June 26, 2009. All outstanding approved projects as of June 26, 20 09,

shall continue to be governed by the provisions of KRS 154.20-200 to 154.20-216.
