KRS 154.20-208: Time for application and approval of eligible company as approved

company.

(1) An eligible company may apply to be designated an approved company under KRS

154.20-200 to 154.20-216 by the authority on and after October 1, 2005.

(2) No approvals und er KRS 154.20 -200 to 154.20 -216 shall be effective before

January 1, 2006.
