KRS 154.22-083: Deadline for new applications -- Governing law for outstanding

approved projects.

New applications shall not be accepted or considered under this subchapter on or after

June 26, 2009. All outstanding projects with preliminary or final approval unde r this

subchapter as of June 26, 2009, shall continue to be governed by the provisions of this

subchapter.
