KRS 154A.065: Contests involving horses may be basis for a lottery.

The corporation may utilize horse racing or contests involving horses for any purpose

including, but not limited to, advertising, promoting, conducting a lottery, or as a basis for

a lottery, after obtaining the necessary permission from the horse racing t rack or

sponsoring authority involved.
