KRS 156.005: Chief state school officer defined for KRS Chapters 156 to 168.

For purposes of KRS Chapters 156 through 168, "chief state school officer" shall mean

the Superintendent of Public Instruction until the close of business on December 31,

1990, and after that date it shall mean the commissioner of education.
