Legislative Research Commission Note (7/14/2000). The tables to the 2000 Kentucky

Acts show 2000 Ky. Acts ch. 498, sec. 3, as being codified at this KRS number.

However, because 2000 Ky. Acts ch. 477, sec. 1, was nearly identical to the section

from Acts ch. 498, it was subsequently decided during codification to merge both

Acts together at KRS 156.106, so that KRS 156.487 was not used.
