KRS 156.806: Career and Technical Education Advisory Committee -- Purpose --

Members.

(1) The commissioner of education shall establish and appoint members to a

Career and Technical Education Advisory Committee to advise the Department

of Education on the development of a robust and effective career and technical

education program.

(2) The committee shall include representatives of business, industry, and the

Kentucky Community and Technical College System; the commissioner of the

Department of Workforce Development; and any other individuals deemed

appropriate by the commissioner of education.
