KRS 157.100: Funds for textbooks, programs, and instructional regulation for free

distribution.

The Commonwealth of Kentucky shall provide funds for textbooks, programs, and other

instructional materials that shall be distributed under an administrative regul ation

promulgated by the Kentucky Board of Education without cost to pupils attending grades

kindergarten through twelve (12) of the public schools of the state, in the manner and

upon the conditions set out in KRS 157.110 and 157.180.
