KRS 157.230: Special educational programs of school districts.

School boards of any school district subject to KRS 157.200 to 157.290, shall establish

and maintain special educational programs for exceptional children and youth who are

residents of their school district, or contract for programs as may be authorized b y KRS

157.280.
