KRS 157.605: Establishment of fund.

There is hereby established the "Ride to the Center for the Arts Program Fund" in the

Department of Education. The fund may receive state appropriations, gifts, grants, federal

funds, and tax receipts. Moneys from the fund shall be disbursed for purposes specified in

KRS 157.606.
