KRS 157.990: Penalties.

Where this section sits in the code

(1) Any person who willfully violates any of the provisions of KRS 157.100 to 157.180

shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred

dollars ($500).

(2) Any person who willfully violates any of the provisions of KRS 157.310 to 157.440

shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred

dollars ($500).
