KRS 158.475: Appointed police officers to comply with KRS 61.300 and other

requirements set by the local board of education.

All persons appointed as police officers pursuant to KRS 158.471 shall, at the time of

their employment:

(1) Comply with the requirements of KRS 61.300; and

(2) Possess whatever other requirements as may be set by the local board of education

which employs them.
