KRS 159.090: Directors of pupil personnel for united districts.

Two (2) or more contiguous school districts may unite to form one (1) attendance district

and the superintendent of schools of the districts shall appoint directors of pupil personnel

as are necessary. The salary of directors of pupil personnel in united d istricts shall be

borne by the employing boards in the proportion that the average daily attendance of each

district bears to the total average daily attendance of the united district.
