KRS 16.030: Qualifications of commissioner.

The commissioner shall be more than twenty -eight (28) years of age; shall be a citizen of

the United States; and shall be selected on the basis of training, experience and

qualifications for this position and preferably shall have at least five (5) years e xperience

in public or police administration.
