KRS 160.520: Penalties for tax delinquency -- General laws apply.

The laws applying to penalties on and the collection of delinquent school taxes, except

the taxes imposed by KRS 160.613 to 160.617 shall be the same as the general laws

applying to penalties on and the collection of delinquent taxes of the taxing district s

which embrace the various school districts.
