KRS 161.126: Designation of commissioner of education as state official under agreement

-- Handling contracts under agreement.

(1) The "designated state official" for this state shall be the commissioner of education.

The commissioner of education shall e nter into contracts pursuant to Article III of

the agreement only with the approval of the specific text by the Education

Professional Standards Board.

(2) True copies of all contracts made on behalf of this state pursuant to the agreement

shall be kept on file in the office of the Education Professional Standards Board and

in the office of the Secretary of State. The commissioner of education shall publish

all contracts in convenient form.
