KRS 161.320: Record of proceedings -- Annual report.

The board of trustees shall keep a record of all its proceedings which shall be open to

public inspection. It shall publish on or before January 1 of each year a report giving an

account of the operation of the system, showing the fiscal transactions of th e system for

the preceding year and the amount of the accumulated cash and securities of the system,

and containing the last balance sheet showing the financial condition of the system.
