KRS 162.066: Restriction on award of contracts by construction manager.

When a construction manager is utilized in construction, maintenance, repairs, or

renovation or expansion of school facilities the construction manager shall not award

construction contracts to any company which the manager owns or in which the manager

has a financial interest if less than two (2) bids are accepted.
