KRS 162.085: Issuance of bonds sold directly to banks, private investors, and financial

institutions -- Authorization.

For the purpose of defraying the cost of constructing or acquiring any school buildings

and appurtenances for common school purposes, an y school district may issue a bond

sold directly to banks, private investors, and financial institutions.
