KRS 162.130: City to contract for erection of building.

Every city to which a site for a building has been conveyed, as provided in KRS 162.120,

shall enter into a contract or contracts with some person for the erection on the site of a

building with the necessary appurtenances, according to plans and specifica tions adopted

by the city and approved by the board of education and the chief state school officer.
