KRS 162.185: Applicability of KRS 162.170 and 162.180.

Nothing contained in KRS 162.170 or 162.180 is intended to or shall be construed to

make interest rates applicable to revenue bonds issued by the governing bodies of state

institutions of higher learning under KRS 162.340 to 162.380, inclusive, subject to

regulation, establishment, limitation, or approval by the Kentucky Board of Education.
