KRS 162.250: Maintenance fund surplus to be transferred to sinking fund.

If a surplus is accumulated in the maintenance fund equal to the cost of maintaining the

building during the remainder of the calendar or fiscal year, as may be provided by the

ordinance required by KRS 162.230, and the cost of maintaining and operating th e

building for the succeeding like calendar or fiscal year, the excess over such amount shall

be transferred to the sinking fund.
