KRS 162.310: State educational institution may convey building site.

For the purpose of providing buildings to be used in connection with any state

educational institution, the governing body of the institution may convey to any person

complying with KRS 162.320 and 162.330 a fee simple title, with covenant of general

warranty of title, to real estate held by or for the institution, as a site for the buildings.
