KRS 163.095: Application of bequests or donations.

All bequests or donations made for a specified use with regard to the state vocational

education program, vocational education facilities, vocational education personnel, or

present or prospective vocational education pupils shall be applied to that use an d no

other so long as it is consistent with appropriate Kentucky Revised Statutes and the state

plan for vocational education.
