KRS 164.0283: Publication of admissions criteria by public professional schools.

Every institution of higher education in the Commonwealth of Kentucky offering

professional education programs in the areas of medicine and dentistry shall establish and

publish the criteria by which applicants for admission are evaluated and the approxima te

weight of each criteria including a criterion based upon permanent residence in

underserved or underrepresented areas of the Commonwealth.
