KRS 164.165: University may operate printing plant.

The University of Kentucky, a state educational institution of higher learning which has

an established printing plant therein and which is engaged in the publication of scholarly

works as a related educational activity, may engage in the usual activities related to

editing and publishing such scholarly works, including the printing thereof, for persons,

or entities, engaged in any phase of higher education or related activities.
