KRS 164.180: Officers of board -- Bylaws, rules, or regulations.

(1) The board of trustees may elect a vice chairman and such other officers as it

deems wise, and shall adopt such bylaws, rules, and regulations consistent

with this chapter as it deems proper.

(2) The bylaws, rules, or regulations adopted by the board pursuant to subsection

(1) of this section shall reference the member removal and replacement

provisions of KRS 63.080.
