KRS 164.2843: In-state tuition for nonresident children and siblings of graduates.

Each institution of the postsecondary education system, as defined in KRS 164.001, that

provides in-state tuition for nonresident children of graduates may provide the same in-

state tuition for nonresident siblings of graduates.
