KRS 164.352: Military recruiters' access to university campuses and student directory

information.

If a board of trustees or regents of a public institution of postsecondary education

provides access to its campus or its student directory information to persons or groups

which make students aware of occupational or educational options, the boards shall

provide access on the same basis to official recruiting representatives of the military

forces of the state and the United States for the purpose of informing studen ts of

educational and career opportunities available in the military.
