KRS 164.599: Property and equipment of Northern Community College transferred to

Northern Kentucky University -- Accrued funds from government agencies.

All property of the Northern Community College at Covington and all property and

educational equipment of the U niversity of Kentucky designated for use by the Northern

Community College at Covington shall become the property of the Northern Kentucky

University. Any funds accruing to the Northern Community College at Covington not

previously expended while operated by the University of Kentucky as the result of any

contract or agreement with any agency or instrumentality of the United States

government, the Commonwealth of Kentucky or local units of government shall be

transferred to the Northern Kentucky University.
