KRS 164.640: Organization.

On or before January 15 following the creation of the extension board, the county

judge/executive shall call all duly appointed board members together for an organization

meeting. The county judge/executive shall serve as chairman until all officers are el ected.

The officers of the board shall consist of a chairman, vice chairman, secretary and

treasurer. The positions of secretary and treasurer may be held by the same person and

this person may be other than a board member, with the approval of the directo r of

extension.
