KRS 164.6913: Limitation, suspension, revocation, or nonrenewal of certificate.

(1) The department may limit, suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a registration for

conduct that would have justified refusal to issue a certificate of registration under

KRS 164.6911(2).

(2) The department may suspend or revoke the registration of an individ ual registered

under KRS 164.6909(3) or renewed under KRS 164.6911(5) for any reason for

which the department could have refused to grant or renew registration or for

conduct that would justify refusal to issue a certificate of registration under KRS

164.6911(2).
