KRS 164.6935: Severability.

If any provision of KRS 164.6901 to 164.6935 or its application to any person or

circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications

of KRS 164.6901 to 164.6935 which can be given effect without the invalid provisi on or

application, and to this end the provisions of KRS 164.6901 to 164.6935 are severable.
