KRS 164.850: Appropriations by county.

Consistent with subsection (1) of KRS 67.080, the fiscal court of a county containing a

city of the first class wherein there is situated a state educational institution affording

instruction and conferring degrees above the high school grade, may appropri ate county

funds for the benefit of such state educational institution.
