KRS 164.992: Penalties for KRS 164.947.

Where this section sits in the code

(1) Any college that violates the provisions of KRS 164.947(3) shall be fined not less

than one hundred dollars ($100).

(2) Each day that a college violates the provisions of KRS 164.947(3) shall be deemed

a separate offense.
