KRS 164A.130: Obligations issued under chapter are negotiable instruments.

Notwithstanding any of the foregoing provisions of this chapter or any recitals in any

obligations issued under the provisions of this chapter, all such obligations and interest

coupons appertaining thereto shall be and are hereby made negotiable instrumen ts under

the laws of this state, subject only to any applicable provisions for registration.
