KRS 164A.380: Liberal construction.

KRS 164A.300 to 164A.380 shall be construed liberally in order to effectuate its

legislative intent. The purposes of KRS 164A.300 to 164A.380 and all provisions of KRS

164A.300 to 164A.380 with respect to powers granted shall be broadly interpreted to

effectuate such intent and purposes and not as to any limitation of powers.
