KRS 164A.625: Severability clause.

If any provisions of KRS 164A.555 to 164A.630 or the application thereof to any persons

or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or

applications of KRS 164A.555 to 164A.630 which can be given effect without the invalid

provision or application, and to this end the provisions of KRS 164A.555 to 164A.630

are severable.
