KRS 165.165: Bond issue for municipal college.

The legislative body of a city which has established or acquired a municipal college

pursuant to KRS 165.160 or where a junior college exists under the provisions of KRS

165.160 to 165.260 may, for educational purposes, use and employ all the authority

contained in KRS 165.080 to 165.140 and 162.340 to 162.380 to issue bonds for the

benefit of such college.
