KRS 165.200: Financial and other reports concerning college.

An annual report and audit of receipts and disbursements of funds received by a

municipal college under KRS 165.160 to 165.190 shall be made in addition to such other

reports on the condition of the college as are required by its charter or by the governin g

body of the city.
