KRS 165A.410: Enforcement of chapter.

The Attorney General may, at the request of the Kentucky Commission on Proprietary

Education or on his own motion, bring in a Circuit Court appropriate action for the

enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. Any such action under this section may, at

the discretion of the Attorney General, be brought either in the county in which the

violation occurred or in the Franklin Circuit Court, or other appropriate court.
